The mismatched recycled packaging is all part of our eco-friendly approach, and each item is thoroughly packed and checked to ensure it's protected during transit.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and increase with each additional item.  If you wish to purchase multiple pieces, the site will automatically charge you for the cost of shipping per item. We will however refund any additional shipping charged.  

 

A better option may be to choose the collection option at checkout and then get in touch for a combined courier quote.

If you no longer wish to keep an item, please request a return within 48 hours of receiving it by emailing: saffron@oursinteriors.co.uk​.  Approved returns must be shipped within 10 workings days of receiving the item.

Returns are assessed individually, as we make every effort to ensure accurate measurements are provided within the item's description, together with photos and details of any imperfections.

 

Since our pieces are second-hand some level of wear and tear is to be expected, so please keep this in mind when completing your purchase.

Once your item has been returned, we will process a refund or replacement as agreed, minus delivery costs if the return is due to a change of mind.

Minor imperfections, such as wear or small defects, are natural due to the vintage nature of our pieces. While we clean and inspect all items, they are sold as-is.

2.2 Furniture Hire and Prop Rental

All items listed on our website are available for hire, perfect for events, pop-ups, film, photography, and other creative projects. A deposit is required before renting, and items will be temporarily unavailable for purchase during the rental period.
