Bernard Rooke Brutalist Table Lamp

A Brutalist Bernard Rooke table lamp showcasing the textured, sculptural style for which the British ceramicist is best known. The lamp features Rooke's distinctive hand-worked surface and earthy glaze, making it as much a decorative object as a source of light.

The bold form and tactile finish reflect the Brutalist influence that defined much of Rooke's work during the mid to late twentieth century. Whether lit or unlit, the lamp draws attention and works particularly well alongside other natural materials such as wood, stone, and woven textures.
